Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Returns Policy EyeWitness aims to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. All our merchandise carries a manufacturers' guarantee against defective materials and workmanship.

In addition, Eye Witness will refund the cost of goods purchased where the client is dissatisfied, provided that the goods and packaging are returned in their original condition, undamaged within 7 days of delivery. Carriage charges are not refundable.

Goods returned after 7 days will only be accepted at the discretion of Eye Witness and will be subject to to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping And Handling The majority of our shipping is currently done by Royal Mail. We endeavor to send all goods by Special Delivery up to 2KG in weight. Items over 2KG are sent recorded delivery. More information is available during the shipping phase of the payment procedure.

Delivery Schedule If your item is in stock (and most items are) we endeavor, where possible, to dispatch your order on the same day that we receive it for a next day delivery, however please allow up to 7 business days. International orders are generally received in under 14 days. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to advise of a suitable delivery date. Most items are back in stock within 3 days. We generally use Royal Mail's Special Deliver service for most items. Xmas Delivery All items ordered before noon (if they are in stock) on December 21st (if in stock) will be despatched in time for Xmas. Please phone for more details. All orders : £5.00 Orders over £100 are delivered Free of Charge!

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges All items listed are inclusive of 17.5% VAT for the UK.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All our credit card transactions are perfomed on out behalf by the WorldPay organisation.

No credit card numbers are held/seen by Eye-Witness.
